Our stay at Boutique Real San Juan Center was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and attended to our every need. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, with hand-painted murals on the walls that added a unique touch. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was such a peaceful and relaxing sight. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and it was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the property. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby squares and markets on foot. We even had the opportunity to take a day trip to Uxmal, thanks to the helpful manager, Donny, who arranged for a driver. Merida itself is a stunning city with friendly locals, and we can't wait to return. I highly recommend Boutique Real San Juan Center for a delightful and memorable stay.

The hotel is small but nice, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The fitness room is a great amenity. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The location is quiet and away from the noise of downtown Merida.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the small but useful fitness room. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, with fresh fruit and a variety of dishes available for purchase. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome during our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The breakfast had really fresh fruit, granola & yoghurt, coffee/tea, which was great to start the day. Its location was perfect, quiet area for sleeping and only few streets away from a promenade with beautiful houses, gourmet restaurants, and important landmarks. The rooms were clean and inviting, with comfortable amenities.

The noise levels during the night were high, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy the room. When we arrived, there were some issues with programming our Netflix account on TV, and the staff had left for the day.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the gym was also a great bonus, allowing for a quick workout before exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out local hotspots and offering reliable transportation options.

The location was a bit of a disappointment, as it was farther from the city center than anticipated. the continental breakfast could have been better, with small portions and limited options.

the exclusive amenities provided met our every need. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch with multiple massage options available. the public bath provided a unique experience that was so relaxing. We also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace which were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. the room had exclusive facilities such as a private plunge pool which added to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the restaurant service could have been better. Although the food was delicious, the staff seemed a bit inattentive.
